护照：passport
身份证：【shēnfēnzhèng】ID card
前台：【qiántái】front desk
大堂/大厅：【dàtáng/dàtīng】lobby
先生/小姐：【xiānsheng/xiǎojiě】hotel staff
服务员：【fúwùyuán】general term for hotel staff
Cultural note: If you are in the hotel, and you want to ask for help from the hotel staff, for male staff, you can use :先生，for female staff, you can address her as 小姐。Or, in general, you can address both male or female using: 服务员。
雨伞：【yǔsǎn】umbrella
